About ME


Mark Ludlow

I’m Mark Ludlow and I bridge the gap between health professionals and everyday people.

From a morbidly obese anxiety-ridden depressive to an obsessive insecure bodybuilder, when it comes to my physicality, I’ve truly lived at opposite ends of the spectrum.

My experience as a nutritionist, life coach, personal trainer and, most importantly, someone who has now found balance, makes me your best chance for success. I know what it is like to walk in your shoes because I’ve lived it.

Even today, food and drink are still things I get a lot of pleasure from and I have battled with emotional eating. I know what it is like to hate exercise because of the feelings of pain, exhaustion and self-consciousness it can bring.

Feeling tired and having low energy used to just be part of my every day being. My insecurities about my physical appearance used to emotionally drain me.

Before working in health and fitness, I worked the more typical office/corporate jobs so understand the impact this can have on wellbeing. I’m also a husband and father and understand the host of challenges this can bring.

I even know what it is like to have the physique of a cover model and still feel miserable because of a complete lack of balance.

This is what gives me the edge over other professionals. Helping clients become the best version of themselves is a passion and something very close to my heart because of my own personal journey. As far as I am concerned, it is the best job in the world and no other coach will have more of a vested interest in you achieving your goals than me.
